Spacious living quarters with modern accomodations and communal amenities. Amazing views.

Quiet community. Friendly neighbors and residents. My family is eager to explore the neighborhood recreational areas. We feel safe here!

The added bonus is Nikki, at the front desk. She always "saves the day" whenever I need a rescue (I've needed quite a few).

What's not to love about this place.

My experience at The Exchange has been extremely rewarding. Being from another state was challenging in whole because I know absolutely no one in California. The neighbors were friendly from day one of my struggle moving in with no help. They were very helpful with showing the process of this complex. I have already made several friends who are gems with kindred spirits. I appreciate the help and patience of management also. Nikki has been the best and most informative person I have met even with her busy schedule. Kudos to her for being so helpful. I ❤️ my apartment and the peace it brings with me having to be away from home in Atlanta. California is really beautiful, and having a view of the Bayfront everyday makes it easier.
