We took our Audi Q5 in to get a second quote for repairs on a suspension issue. They gave us the estimate within 30 minutes, it was SUBSTANTIALLY lower than the other quote. The experience of working with Letcher was great from end to end.

It's really good place to come to. Really helped me out in a jam. Had my car towed there after learning I had a bad starter. They were able to service and replace it same day!! They were all very polite. They even changed a brakelight that was out.

I had the catalytic converter stolen from my vehicle and the employees at Letcher Bros. Auto Repair couldn't have been more compassionate about helping me fix my car. They put a new catalytic converter in for a very reasonable price, a very seamless and (relatively) pleasant experience. Wish I could give six stars!

When my wife's Mazda developed a leaky tire the other day, I did a quick Google search for trusted auto repair shops in our area and found Letcher Bros Auto Repair at the top of the list! My experience there was exceptional... working with their extremely professional team, their quick diagnosis (nail in the tread), and an even quicker same-day fix. Letcher Bros even went so far as to offer me a Lyft ride home when I dropped the car off. I highly recommend this business for all your auto repair needs, and I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

After a rough 8 year life my baby of a car needed some extreme love in the suspension area. I emailed late night to get a quote along with some photos of the damage i need repaired and was pleasantly surprised to get an email back from mike the next morning. They said they could for sure take care of it and immediately i felt like she ( my car ) would be in good hands. I new it would be pricey because of the age and the car so i was desperate to find an honest mechanic. Between my wife and i we have 3 audis and we will be bring all of them here. They took amazing care of us. I had all 4 shocks replaced, along with a whole new set of control arms left and right, rear brakes, and power steering pump. They even got my stuck window to roll up which i really appreciated cause it’s been raining, and decided not to go with the window repair at the moment. Didn’t need to do that for me but they did!!! Non the less, they had everything in tip top shape within a matter of days. Absolutely incredible hospitality and work ethic. Highly recommend
