I searched my area (Sacramento) for almost a year trying to find the right fine line artist who was also willing to tattoo fingers and then I came across her. She was so kind, so patient, so detailed, and bright my vision to life. Her execution was perfection! I've never left a service appointment (hair, nails, tattoo) and been completely 100% satisfied until her. The shop had a super dope vibe. Very relaxed and welcoming. The playlist was fire. After coming across Keaks Instagram page and seeing all his work I didn’t hesitate to book an appointment with him to get this floral piece done. I mentioned all my ideas and he was able to create a piece for me better than I even imagined. He was super nice and patient with me during my appointment as this was my first bigger piece. My tattoo healed perfectly with the thorough aftercare instructions he gave me. Thank you Keaks for the awesome experience!

Keaks is awesome! We’ve been going to him for about a year now and he’s done an entire sleeve on my husband and is almost done with mine. He is the best artists we’ve had. He has been able to bring all our ideas to life. He is super professional and really good at what he does.

If you’re looking to get tatted and don’t know where to go. Go to Legacy Ink Tattoo in Livermore and ask for Enrique Hurtado (keaks). Keaks is currently working on my leg sleeve and I couldn’t be more impressed. Not only he does good ink work but he also cares about his job and his clients. He is VERY patient. (For like an example. If the stencil doesn’t come on correctly centered, keaks will literally redo the whole stencil as many times if needed to get it right). He also makes sure if you’re doing okay and asks if you need a break during the session- which is very thoughtful.

All in all, Legacy Tattoo Parlor is a great place 100%. You’ll feel welcome in with all the other tattoo artist there. The owner name Sean Rivera is a really cool guy and a respectful dude🤘
