Preaches, teaches and praises participation, teamwork, cooperation and respect. Consequences are fairly related to behaviors. Kids' brains expand hearing and singing different languages. Great leadership by Tina and her team.
We met with Tina at L'Ecole des Petits after a bad experience at another preschool. Our son's previous preschool teacher told us our son had a hard time making friends and paying attention. She never spoke to us about why he might be acting this way before making these judgements.
When we met Tina our entire family felt instantly at home. We told her about our experience and she asked us questions about our son and family life that gave her a better understanding about our son's behavior. We speak 3 languages at home, and she walked us through the language frustration our son might be feeling.
Since he's been at L'Ecole des Petits our son has excelled in both French and English. He's also more confident, social, and happy. Tina has also been instrumental in helping us understand our son's talents as well as his needs. She also has him eating veggies thanks to her delicious home cooking!
I also don't want to forget to applaud Tina's assistant Anya. She has a very nurturing spirit that we very much appreciate.
We feel fortunate to have found what we feel was the perfect preschool fit for our family.
