Beautiful office and very friendly staff. Dr. Phan and staff were very professional and efficient. I had a small cyst removed from my eye. Dr. Phan completely explained how the removal would go and made sure I was completely comfortable. I will be a patient for life now. :)
Extremely professional doctor and staff! The office is very nice. Dr Phan made me feel very comfortable and eased my mind as she explained everything during her exams. She’s very knowledgeable and works very delicately. She clearly and easily explained the procedure to me as well as provided ice packs and lots of after care info. For someone who looks so young, she is impressive with her professionalism and knowledge! I definitely recommend her for any needed procedures and would be happy to visit her again in the future.
I got an operation of double eyelid. She was perfect. My eye was not even because of age. But she made even and pretty.

Dr. Phan is wonderful! I had sagging brows which blocked 50% of my vision on one eye and 38% on the other. She did surgery to raise my brows, and I had no bruising, minimal swelling, and all of my friends tell me I look years younger. She is extremely good at what she does, and is also professional, and caring. In addition, the nurses at the Los Gatos Surgical Center told me she was one of the best surgeons they had seen and if they would not consider another surgeon to do work on their eyes. I highly recommend her!
