I've been a TCU member for maybe 20 years. I have no complaints. TCU has been a steady reliable credit union for me with fantastic customer service. I've been a customer of Bank of America and in an honest comparison TCU is definitely superior to BofA.

In my past experiences dealing with banks none of it has ever really been good. Several times ive been made to feel like I was at the bottom of the list and not a priority at all. This is not the case with Travis Credit Unions Jonathon at their Peabody location in Vacaville. Hes had outstanding customer service, always made sure I understood everything and just been overall incredibly friendly and helpful. Im not sure what theyre paying him but its not enough. You guys need about 8 more just like him. Jonathon thank you for your amazing customer service man
