Just wanted to echo the recent reviews of what a great hotel. Location and convenient to the area in which I was there for business couldn't be beat. The staff is top notch and do a great job of accommodating their guest. Especially manager Lance G. who went above and beyond to get an item returned to me that I had left behind. His dedication to correct a mistake I made reflects greatly on this establishment's dedication to its guests.

Cleo is fantastic and make this place very welcoming at breakfast. She served me great chorizo burrito and strawberry smoothies. Keep up the good work!

Cleo was a ray of sunshine every morning at breakfast! She is a fantastic server and accommodated everyone’s special requests and always with a smile! You don’t meet many customer service workers like her these days. I will miss her delicious iced coffee! Thank you, Cleo, you are a wonderful hard worker!

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating here at this Residence Inn location. The freeway is extremely close and there is a Starbucks within strolling distance that opens at 4 am. Getting around from this location is easy and is nearby many of the major tech companies. The rooms aren't terribly large, but they are fairly nice. There are no ovens in the 1 bd queen which is kind of a bummer, but it's not the end of the world.

We had a wonderful experience with our stay at Residence Inn in Milpitas. The room was super clean, cozy and nice. The staffs were amazingly friendly. From Monday through Wednesday they hold a happy hour with snacks and drinks where people gather and have fun. The breakfast was a real meal with full of healthy options. They were really generous.
So excited for the next trip to the bay area. Will stay there for sure!
