I couldn’t be happier after joining Kaia in Vacaville. The ladies are all so encouraging and welcome. The workouts are always different and leave you feeling great after! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience when it comes to a fitness atmosphere. I highly recommend joining the Kaia family!

I highly recommend Kaia Fit Vacaville!! I didn’t know what I was walking into that first day but I am so incredibly Thankful for what was received on the other side of that door! The coaches are so caring and motivating, the women you work out next to are supportive and encouraging, and the workouts are challenging yet so much fun!! Plus you can modify your workouts to your specific needs so it is doable for any situation! If you are looking for a safe and comfortable place to workout..look no further!!! You’ll love it here!!

Kaia Fit Vacaville is a great place to work out - body and mind! Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great! VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.

I love Kaia for so many reason. The facility is complete with everything you need and always clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. Kaia is all about sisterhood with women who are strong and beautiful!!! I enjoy the variety of workouts each day, it provides me with the best results and keeps me motivated.
