She helped us find a home around the end of 2020, and guided us expertly as she knows the area very well and has many connections that made the entire process seamless. The home buying/selling process is stressful, but she and her team are experienced professionals that made the process efficient and easy. She is responsive, dependable, organized, and was sensitive to our busy schedules. Beyond the home purchase, she has continued to help us with referrals/contacts, and we have greatly appreciated all her advice and guidance. We recently worked with Joyce to sell our custom built home in San Carlos. Joyce was thoughtful, patient and thorough during an overwhelming time... giving us options, with guidance on the 'how' and 'when' to go to market, as well as the 'what really needs to be done' list vs the 'what is nice to have done' list. Ultimately the decision was ours but I appreciated her support and expertise throughout the entire process. Our house sold quickly, above asking and the closing process was very smooth! Very happy to have had Joyce helping us through the process.

We worked with Joyce and Tatum to buy a house. It was our first house, and they were really helpful in helping us navigate the process without being too pushy. They were patient as we navigated what we could afford with the expensive peninsula market. We looked in San Carlos / Belmont (their specialty), Redwood City, San Bruno, Pacifica, and SSF. They were helpful in all regions. These real estate markets were VERY competitive, and having experienced realtors like them is key. We worked most closely with Joyce, and she was wonderful. Very open, straightforward, and helpful. She suggested letting ones go that were going for too much, and the house we got, we only got because of her, because it was off-market.

Relocating to the Bay Area during a competitive time in the housing market, Joyce’s significant expertise and network was invaluable, and she was able to find us an amazing off-market deal. She has helped us literally every step of the way, from virtual showings to finding contractors after we closed and everything in between. Joyce is the real deal and made the home-buying process easy and fun - she even had some good real-estate jokes :).
