(September 28, 2022, 2:30 pm)Come in for an oil change. Got a $20 discount for full synthetic oil change. They show me air and cabin filters with out pressuring to replace. Decent wait time, they offered coffee and water. So far so good.

The jiffy lube Rep went over anything I may want to consider based on my milage, and was very friendly and helpful with explaining the services. From start to finish I was very satisfied with the service I recieved. All of the staff were very friendly, and professional. Without hesitation I would recommend jiffy lube Castro Valley for oil changes, and will be back in the near future.
