Jewels Forever

Cannot say enough good things about Jewels Forever. Went in recently to get a new battery for my watch and some jewelry repaired/polished which now look like new. I also took an old tarnished and broken peice in and Maria has helped me re-envision how to make it something that will become a family heirloom. They are so knowledgeable, kind, and professional. So fortunate to have them here in Pacifica and wonderful supporting a family business that has been here for decades.

I also appreciate that since COVID, they limit customers inside, take your temp and give you hand sanitizer upon entry. Again, just so thoughtful. They are THE BEST.

Jewels Forever,and his staff helped me find the perfect men's wedding band! I'm an alternative kind of guy and wanted something with flair. Their selection of men's rings is funky and eclectic. I looked all over CA and downtown as well and kept finding the same run of the mill rings. But I really hit the jackpot at Artisan CA . I actually had to chose from 3 different ones that I liked! The customer service and knowledge of gems and metals is second to none. The vibe is very laid back and yet professional. I've been back since to resize my ring and even brought my wife's ring for a steam cleaning. It was done to perfection. They even oxidized my ring to give it a real rustic look. I get compliments on it daily! I'm so relieved that I found the perfect ring for life.

When you have stop chasing battery phantoms at other stores then stop at Jewels Forever and find all of your battery needs. I have an older Seiko UC-2000. even in its day finding a battery for this beast was problematic. You can imagine how delighted I was to discover our Pacifica Seiko dealer has more than one in stock. Not only do they have one in stock, they also guarantee their watch batteries they sell for one year of service in your watch. I won't hold Phillip to that guarantee for my Seiko computer watch as I already know it eats batteries faster than your average timepiece. But it's nice to know if the battery life is short that expected I can take it back to Jewels Forever for a free swap.

On top of all this, the family that owns the shop is the nicest set of people you will run into anywhere.
