He is kind, thoughtful, and compassionate. He did a very thorough review of my documents, and further communications I received from my previous employer. At the end of the day, he offered transparent great advice for me to navigate the separation process.

He is also very responsive, patient, and clear about the timeline / process, payment structure and what to expect.
I cannot thank him enough for his help and expertise! We were able to resolve everything in the most positive way with a former employer and this resolution would not have been possible without him.
