Bay Alarm Company's monitoring service is top-notch. Their 24/7 monitoring center is staffed with highly trained and experienced professionals who work around the clock to ensure that your home is safe and secure.

The company's customer service is also excellent. The representatives were always available to answer any questions that I had and provide support when needed. Their online portal is also user-friendly and allowed me to manage my account with ease.

Bay Alarm agent was professional, knowledgeable and courteous over the phone guiding me through resetting the alarm after a phone service outage.

Our company had Bay Alarm install parking lot cameras and an indoor shop camera, and the tech Jay knew his stuff, to put it mildly, he and his assistant were thoughtful, professional, and quick. The correspondence I had with management (Mercedes) and their scheduling team (Jean) was always met with rapid replies and courteous professionalism. And I mean always. I had a discrepancy with an invoice so when I went to the email to ask for help/fixing/etc, I started to get nervous because this is where some companies I see not perform 100 percent. However, Brandon needs to be cloned, as all Bay employees do, because he and my contacts there were the shining examples of how to do business when employees are met with challenges. This wasn't a easy peasy contract from the start, but you would never know that by the awesome treatment we received all along. We're looking forward to many years with Bay, and we definitely know what WE would lose, without them..
