(June 5, 2023, 2:02 pm)I had a very good experience with IWA Wine Accessories. I ordered a Winekeeper for delivery in Europe. There was a hitch in the delivery and I was having trouble communicating effectively with the courier company which uses A.I. for its customer service. I went online to IWA, spoke to Marty, an actual human being manning their help-line, who sorted the issue out within 15 minutes. I would recommend IWA very simply because they respect their customers. I wish them every success.

IWA has responded and worked to get our situation resolved. We now have a working wine fridge, thank you!
Buyers, be aware.
Ongoing support and repair of the wine coolers IWA sells from France is none existent! We have been trying to find a repair outlet for months from the businesses IWA recommends. None of them work on Transtherm.
We took matters into our own hands by ordering parts that IWA recommended. That took months. And didn't solve the problem.
We've reached out to IWA customer service many times with no reply to order more (hopefully not useless) parts.
They don't reply.
We are very dissatisfied and want to warn potential buyers! -

(December 17, 2022, 12:45 pm)I admit I cannot remember the name of the exceptional customer service rep I talked to on Friday 12/16 at 9PM MST. She was wonderful, knowledgeable and the most pleasant person I have dealt with all season. I saw what I wanted in the catalog that I received two weeks ago. I also received 154 other catalogs and couldn’t find the fondue pots I wanted as I miss placed the catalog once I googled fondue pot individual fondue pot. I found what I wanted and I called and got all the specifics of the product. This customer service rep went above and beyond and is even trying to get my purchase shipped on Monday so that I have it before Christmas. If all of your customer service reps are as good as the one I spoke to you must have the best department in retail.
