The staff is always very pleasant and very professional. They provide a comfortable experience every time. Additionally the office folks have been over the top with help with providers.

The clinic I visit in SanMateo California for my biweekly infusions is amazing and I look forward to my appointments there. It is modern and very nicely furnished and outfitted but it is the friendly highly professional staff that makes it a inviting very comfortable environment to help make my procedure a pleasurable experience

I cannot say enough great things about this office! I was there again yesterday and felt so completely pampered and cared for. Jenny, Minh and Rebecca are angels on earth. The facility itself has made some nice upgrades to what was always a very welcoming and comfortable place.

The staff was thoughtful, professional, and accommodating from scheduling to discharge; their kind care immediately put me at ease. The San Mateo facilities are at once cozy and pristine (bonus points for a great selection of refreshments). Huge thanks to Jenny, Dex, and team!
