The clinic was clean, organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I was seen by the doctor in no time.
The doctor on duty Dr Kumra was incredibly kind and attentive. He listened carefully to my symptoms, asked thoughtful questions, and took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options. He was knowledgeable and efficient and I felt confident that he knew what he was doing. He prescribed the appropriate medication and gave me clear instructions on how to take it and what to expect.
I was in and out of the clinic in less than an hour and I felt much better after my visit. The doctor's bedside manner was excellent, and I felt like he truly cared about my well-being. I was also impressed with the clinic's technology and equipment, it was clear that they were up-to-date and well-maintained.
Overall, I highly recommend this urgent care clinic and the doctor I saw to anyone in need of quick and competent medical attention. They exceeded my expectations and made my visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
I would definitely return to this clinic if I have a similar situation in the future. The doctor's expertise, kindness and professionalism made all the difference.
