Food was extremely good. I never had such a delicious Indian food in any restaurant in USA during my trip. It was value for the money. Service was excellent. One must visit this restaurant if they want best Indian food. Please also meet Aditya Chef who will offer you new dishes.

I was contemplating between 3 and 4 stars but gave 4 because the quality of food here, taste and attention to details in flavors or presentation was great!!! Wanted to give 3 stars because of the vegetarian kebab platter that costed $30 but the amount/size of kebabs was so small that it didn’t do justice to the price. The chutneys given were in small quantities and all for this dish. The size of kebabs was barely compared to a fork. Anyways they tasted yumm!! Tavva rotis could use less oil please. Loved okra (bhindi) subzi. It’s just perfect. Masala chaas was very refreshing and reminded some flavor from my grandparent’s home in India that I couldn’t point exactly. I didn’t eat paneer kebabs or nonveg ones but looks like they were a huge hit too. But as usual, my complaint is with the quantity. Anyways, love the food and service. Either improve quantity or add something extra like a complementary starter (chips, papad, salad or paan or something), if you want to match the $$$. I see many other high end restaurants do that already.

Visiting my friend in San Ramon, we ended up driving to Indian Hotspot. Right at the entrance we read the disclaimer to slow service though we were ready to sit down and eat.

The moment we enter we see some amazing ambience, very well put together interiors and a calmness that just prevailed all over. We were asked to settled down in a comfort and cosy seating and it was a bit before our order was taken.

We ordered Hyderabadi Paneer and Dal Mkahani with a couple of Naans. After a bit, the order was served and boy the dishes were delicious. Paneer so soft and not at all overly done while the curry being just perfect with spices. Dal Makhani was amazing too and the Naan was made to perfect crisp.

We ended up ordering a couple more Naans (Garlic) and as well along with that a few items to go which included Karhai, Palak, Hyderabadi Paneer along with a few Naans and as well Onion Kachori.

Rajveer was an amazing host throughout and all in all this is a place you can't miss if you happen to be in San Ramon and are looking for some quality Indian food.

    Yum for real!!!

I live in San Jose and yet I travel around 47 miles to dine at this place with friends. Hands down the best North Indian food you can imagine. I have tried so many places in California and still this is the best Indian food. Dal Makhani - top notch! They do understand what Dal Makhani is and how it is supposed to taste! Amazing. Didn't like the Paneer Tikka Masala much because it was sweet but everything else - Dahi Kachori, Naan's, Amritsari Kulcha, Laccha Parantha, Tandoori Roti's were amazing. Wish they had a place closer to San Jose because driving an hour is tiring but still so fulfilling. 😅
Thank you for this place. Please don't change anything. Generally all the good places loose their touch if they change their chef or service representatives. :)
