I did the 6 week challenge here and had an amazing experience with all the coaches. I quickly was able to loose body fat and get in great shape!

I’ve always wanted to try Kick Boxing and I’m so happy that I came across I Love Kick Boxing. The environment is so uplifting and the instructors are AMAZING. They push you to do your very best which is great. I absolutely love coming here and I can’t wait for my next class 😆 If you’re looking to join Kick Boxing, I highly recommend I Love Kick Boxing!

I love kickboxing in Concord is AMAZING! Jon, Jessica and Heather, the coaches, are so fun 😁 their energy and encouragement throughout the workouts keeps me motivated to keep going. The workouts are fun and definitely get you moving. I always feel great after each one.

Hi y’all I started my journey at I love kickboxing concord In February and it was one of the best choices I ever made. I have a gym membership but hadn’t gone for long time. When I did go I would get bored. So If you are looking to change your life and yourself mind, body and soul I suggest I love kickboxing concord. They have the best coaches that will always be there for u if u have questions and to push you to the next level. It was the best choice I made. 😎

I have been wanting to go here since I found about it mid last year! I signed up, went and it has been amazing ever since, Jon, Heather & gabby are amazing, they have modifications for anything, the team is so supportive, everyone is so friendly, i found some new friends my first visit just an amazing place for strength and positivity, the music is awesome and the vibe they give out just helps you not want to give up so bad its fun and something new every time! I signed up and now am a happy part of the ILKB family!
