It was a great experience. The staff greeted everyone as they came in, asked how we were and if we needed any help. The store was organized. Josue was a huge help. I felt very comfortable and he definitely has the knowledge of his profession, he broke down the cost in detail and explained everything in detail which made it an even better experience. I will definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

The friendliest and most welcoming optical center I’ve ever entered! From the moment you step in, you are transformed from Target red to professional doctor office but added bonus of smiling faces who are actually happy to see you and more than willing to help! Worth the drive for a wonderful experience!

YO, josue was chill. Me n my partner had went in there for some pads for my glasses because they had broke off. Josue told us to come back in 10 minutes because he was helping a customer, so we came back in 10 minutes. It took about 2 minutes for Josue to do everything and even had a small conversation. Give this man a raise or promotion cause he was a huge help. Great help and great customer service. Will be coming back. THANKS JOSUE!

I was here for eye exam and bought a pair of my new glasses. The doctor and the staff here were very professional as well as kind. For example, the doctor answered all the questions I had very kindly and clearly. In addition, the staffs helped me to choose right glasses and lens for me and I chose the one he recommended. The price was very reasonable and also tried to give me the best price they could offer. I will definitely come back here for my next glasses.

Such great customer service! Dr. Service is amazing and so are the 2 associates and assistant optical person (I'm butchering their titles, sorry). However, they were all so helpful nice and informative. Definitely schedule an appointment you won't be sorry because you'll be treated well.
