She made my wife and I really comfortable as we tried out all the couches in the store and even offered to dim the lights while we laid on one of the sofas! You will not find a more helpful, friendly, and funny sales person. Thank you Sarah!

(January 3, 2023, 6:21 pm)Went to this store last week. We were attended to by Esmeralda. I usually don't take the help from store assistants since they tend to force their way, but she was totally different. Right in the beginning, she said I am here to help, not to sell. The conversation had just begun. We checked a lot of sofas, area rugs, dining tables together. Discussed kids' nurseries, schools, bay area & what not. She went onto spend hours with us with matters beyond furniture & we came out as happy customers. Though we could not buy a lot of things we wanted to buy, it was a beautiful experience & would love to visit the store again & again. To my surprise, everything they had in the store was pretty affordable & many of them had free shipping option too.

James Scroggins was my sales person. He is the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever met. He explained me about the product very well. Very friendly and courteous. -

I called into the Fremont location and was directed to James who placed my order. James was so incredibly nice and his customer service was excellent. He was such a pleasure on the phone! He also gave me the best possible price for my purchase, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you James!
