He found my order, gave me the info I needed and scheduled an additional service so that my old mattress could be taken away properly. Sleep expert Tom was very hpful in answering any questions and explaining the Mattress Firm guarantee and 120 night sleep trial. Was in and out in an hour and my mattress was delivered the next day.
