We have no hesitation in recommending Meena to help you sell your house. She is very flexible minded businessperson and will work with you to make sure you are comfortable with the entire process. We had to deal with some challenging situations with a tenant still living in the house when we decided to sell the house. Then, as we listed the house, the stock market went through some adjustments and the interest rates started to go up, so it was a challenging process to say the least. Meena guided us through the situation with sound advice, and we managed to get an offer and sell the house relatively quickly. She also saved us $$$ in commission!

We went with one of them and it worked out really well. Third, she shared details of her findings on home sales prices around my area which helped us appropriately list our home price.

As a result, we had about 50 potential buyers coming to see our home from Thursday to Sunday. We received a total of eight offers, all above the list price, as much as more than 12%.
