Hello Friend I have not met,

Allow me to tell you about Heba Rayan, how I met her and how I knew she was the only person I wanted to handle the sale of our home. First, I NEVER thought I would sell our home. My plan was to eventually retire and live out the rest of our life enjoying the home, yard and neighborhood we had moved to 25 years earlier. That all changed when we saw certain things happening in our community and our state that we no longer wanted to support. I did some research, found a state and area that we loved and made the decision to make the move. That was the hard part.
My decision to choose who would handle the sale of our house was the easy part. Enter Heba into the picture. Actually Heba had come into the picture around 15 years earlier. She was walking the neighborhood distributing her, yes HER own flyers, with services she offered as a real estate agent. I was working on my car at the time in front of the house and we spoke briefly. What really impressed me right away was her work ethic and her friendliness. She had her walking shoes on, dressed very nice and had an armful of her own flyers. What real estate agent that you know of does that? I don’t know of any, EXCEPT Heba. Over the years I saw her again with her flyers walking the neighborhood so we would talk briefly, and sometimes I would find her flyer tucked under the edge of my front door mat. I knew Heba had put it there and not someone she had hired.
Soooo, when it came time to sell our home my first and only call was to Heba. From the very start to the moment escrow closed she was informative, knowledgeable, supportive and PATIENT. There were some “things” that needed to be done to the house. I resisted some of her suggestions at first about painting, staging and other matters. I am very glad I finally listened to her and followed her guidance. After all, Heba is the pro in all of this. Our house went on the market, we had a LOT of interest due to many of the suggestions Heba offered and the location, location, location of our home.
We had multiple offers and Heba presented the strongest six on a spreadsheet with all the different criteria noted as offers come in all shapes and sizes. She everything that would allow us to make a VERY informed decision.
We could not have done any that without her and I would HIGHLY recommend Heba for any and all of your real estate needs. Did you know she used to be an appraiser? So whether you are selling or buying you will be ahead of the game to have Heba on your team.
We not only used Heba as our agent but feel she is one of our friends now. Heba is welcome in our new home anytime and will be welcomed as the friend she has become.

My husband and I are so grateful that we had the opportunity to work with Heba while purchasing our first home. We met Heba at an open house, and we instantly felt a connection with her. While we didn't end up putting an offer in on that home, we did build a relationship with Heba. She is so easy to work with! She provides ample information/education, but is never pushy and allows you to make decisions for yourself. Being first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and she was so patient with us. We would spend over an hour walking through a house with her, but she never rushed us. Heba works hard! She responded to everything quickly and would get appointments set up efficiently. She goes above and beyond and we are so thankful for all of her assistance! We absolutely love our new home and we're so glad we got to work with her to accomplish this goal!

I cannot say enough good things about Heba. We talked with several realtors before we decided to have her handle the sale of our house. The other realtors were good, but she had a professional confidences that impressed us. She was organized and had answers to our questions on how she would handle the sale of our home. She had a list of people, repairmen, stagers, inspectors, etc., she would recommend, if we might need them.

We turned over our house to her and left town to visit our son. She kept us informed and responded quickly if we called her.

She had our house staged and put the house on the market. In less than a week, we had multiply offers, which isn't uncommon for the area. This was before the market really exploded. The closing of the house was handled by Heba with no problems.

Needless to say, Heba used an outstanding and professional approach with the sale of our home. We know she is the right choice. She is professional, efficient, pleasant, and honest. I would use her again and recommend Heba to anyone looking for a realtor.

Integrity, honest, personable, organized, professional, and devoted are just a few words that come to mind when describing Heba Rayan. You may or may not have noticed her walking in our Dublin neighborhoods, going door to door and handing out her flyers. You will see her smiling and greeting people with her unforgettable friendly personality. I was ready to interview many real-estate agents to choose the “right” and hopefully “professional” person for the sale of our home. Once we spoke with her, there was absolutely no reason to look any further. Heba possesses every quality I was looking for in a professional realtor. We listed our home during the Covid-19 pandemic. So, you can imagine how much more stressful this was with all the restrictions that were placed on selling a home during this time. Heba problem solved and came up with a safe approach for everyone involved. She sold our home within a week… with multiple offers, over asking, and no contingency. She is masterful at negotiations.

I asked Heba if I could write something about her. I want to tell others about how impressed we are with her. I am a hometown girl, living in Dublin for 56 years, and working for the Dublin Unified School District. Our children were raised in Dublin and I have met a lot of people through the years. I believe that referring the people who you love and care about is the highest compliment I could give her. I will be happy to tell everyone about Heba Rayan and how truly wonderful she is to work with.
