Partially my fault ,
Took my son here, hair dresser seemed just meh, like a let's get today over
I have been there , I have had those days so I get it.
Hair cut was ok, had to touch up the back & neck once we got home
Part of his neck was not shaved and the back was at an angle
Think this is my 1st time here.
I prefer great clips for my hair and Supercuts for my son's -

(April 7, 2021, 8:32 pm)Had a great experience at this location! Katie was my stylist and she was EXCELLENT. She listened to what I wanted and gave great advice when I asked for it. She was friendly and professional and I was in and out, no prob. Also I was lost on arrival at the shopping center where this Great Clips is located and when I called for help, Katie literally walked outside —with me still on the phone— and flagged me down. THAT’S going the extra mile, if you ask me. My hair looked great, I enjoyed my chat with Katie, and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Katie!! See you next time 👍😊

Stopped to buy a airless sprayer today, cashier, possible the store manager went out of his way to accommodate us. Harbor freight has some of the best customer service I've seen. Was highly suspicious of the quality of the products given their pricing but so far so good.
