He and his team were super kind and lovely to work with (answering our many questions about the process) for our master bathroom renovation, not to mention way more responsive from the get go than all the other contractors we reached out to for quotes. Very reasonably and fairly priced, and you can trust him to get every part of the project done since GT Renovations has skills in house to make sure there’s no downtime on the project. Was super clear communicating about timeline and budget, so we didn’t encounter any surprises and finished basically as we expected on both without our feeling stressed that we needed to be closely overseeing the work ourselves.

The team was also super tidy and clean during the entire project while working in our house which was awesome given my partner and I both were still staying there and work from home, so it minimized disruption and mess when moving back into that part of the house when the project was done.

Can’t recommend GT Renovations highly enough as an incredibly trustworthy and responsible contractor option for any home renovation project! Took our super dated 90s bathroom to looking like a modern master bathroom!

We worked with Sam on a remodel of our loft in Dogpatch which included redoing a bathroom, adding a closet, and laying new LVP. Sam did an amazing job for us. The attention to detail in the bathroom was excellent. There were multiple items in our original design that were not able to be accommodated due to the building structure. Sam was great about guiding us on through different options and making recommendations. He was also very understanding about the many changes that we made as we were getting through everything and would have updated contracts sent to us within a day or two. We are definitely planning on having Sam out again when it's time to remodel our downstairs bathroom. Thank you for the great work!

We hired Sam to renovate our bathroom, replacing an old, leaking tub with a new sleek shower. This was a complicated project because of our oddly shaped bathroom and our tight timeline. Sam did an amazing job. His work is of the highest quality and he stayed on budget and on schedule. I’m thrilled with the end result! It was such a delight to work with Sam. He is a total professional and I plan to hire him again for future projects.
