Great Western Transportation

Once they got my vehicle from American Auto Transport everything was straightforward and buy the book. Ship my vehicle from Ohio to California. American Auto Transport was the first source for booking the transport and that was a horrible experience with them. After Great Western Transport receive my vehicle I had contact with everybody and knew exactly what was going on! It was over a month long situation, that was supposed to be a seven day process from the pickup date. they got my van and it was shipped within 7 days. Good job Great Western!

Second time I need an out of state to California transportation company. First time back in 2018, just as I had given hope and expensive transportation is, I come across GWT and Dominic gives me a quote that compared to others to good to be true. Just as promised Dominic delivered. This last month I was in need of transportation again. Dominic with honesty said since they specialize in heavy hauling, I would save money if I went with a vehicle hauler. I called around and again very expensive and some wouldn’t even give me a quote based on the truck. Just as I was planning on flying out to the state and driving it back myself. I call Dominic and explain the situation. He goes out of his way to see what he can do for me. Not expecting any positive outcome. Less than 24 hours not only does he have a truck ready to pick up my purchased...my quote is also way way cheaper than the cheapest quote I found out there in transportation. Plus other companies the soonest to pick up was 4 days, Dominic got a truck to pick up the very next day. He kept me on the loop on everything. Yep this guy is my to go transportation. My truck arrived sooner than expected. Call Dominic he won’t disappoint. Thanks Dominic!

Blown away by their service. I had 5 brokers fail to find a single long haul flatbed for over 3 weeks. These guys literally had 3 trucks loaded up and on the road within 48 business hours from my initial contact. Tim Stahl was great to work with and very honest throughout the process. I won't bother calling anyone else in the future.

I needed a lathe shipped 1,300 miles and Im a veteran with a severe case of PTSD. Every bad scenario went through my head. Tim was professional and fast with anything I needed and was on top of everything right from the start.

This was old school professionalism. Where the customer really is first no matter how annoying the customer may be for whatever reason. I was treated with respect and I really appreciated it.

I had other trucking companies I was talking to and none of them were anything close to the professionalism GWT displayed.
