Joey Berntsen was fantastic - knowledgeable, experienced and thorough. He diagnosed all of our issues and had all the right solutions. He was professional and a real pleasure to work with. We have used Gotelli Plumbing before and have always been pleased with their expertise and know-how and highly recommend them.

Cannot say enough good things about Gotelli, specifically Jared. What a great guy. I had a huge laundry list of plumbing issues, which we prioritized and are doing a little at a time. He was able to break these up into different levels of urgency for me, and was incredibly thorough in his explanations of what should be done first and why. He went above and beyond in his level of service, and I will be using Gotelli and Jared exclusively from now on. It feels so good to have found plumbers I can trust and rely upon.

Tech Joey (+ team) was the best: professional, informative, very efficient, nice and personable—explained everything, let us take advantage of all “specials”—exceptional representative for company. Ditto for his helper and his Manager. Thank you. We’ll definitely call Gotelli for our next needs.

Jason came over to fix the garbage disposal and was great. He clearly explained what he thought the issues were and the possible solutions we could take. He didn’t try and upsell me on anything and did a thorough job with the inspection of the other items around the house. I will be using Gotelli again hope to get Jason next time.

Gotelli I was very quick to respond and came to our rescue as we only have one toilet in our home. They managed to schedule Jared the technician within a 2 hours. He was very kind, considerate and professional. Will certainly use and highly recommend Gotelli in the future!!! Thanks again for coming to our rescue.
