OH MY GOD A GREAT COMPANY FOR A CUSTOMER!!! I’ve used this company twice now, once to haul off some stuff, and this time for a dumpster to fill and they remove it. This company could not be easier to get ahold of (I recommend text, right!?! They actually have text as an option to contact them, and the response time is better than most of my friends!!!) when i started the conversation I knew basically what i wanted, and in a very quick exchange they got the specifics, all the while not making me feel like I was dumb for not knowing (and i really was uninformed!!!) they are incredibly professional, they are great at communication, especially concerning times and any potential issues that may arise! The contact they send is a very important and easy read! It tells you the specifics of your rentals, but also what can and cannot put in the dumpster, so there’s no issues later, and you sign the contract before you pay, so if there’s something you need to put in that’s not allowed, then you work that out before you commit! As a female doing this all on her own, I gotta say, this company is top tier, and very very easy to work with!!! Would recommend to my best friend!!!!

Simon from Good Riddance Hauling was amazing! He was able to schedule his services with short notice for a Saturday job. Simon showed up on time and had a great attituded that truly was beneficial for a potentially stressful situation. And his work ethic is awesome, Simon really worked hard all day long to benefit the clients.

We had some miscellaneous items picked up by Good Riddance Hauling, and the customer service right out of the gate was fantastic! They responded to my inquiry right away and were able to come the next day and pick up the items we had. The email confirmation was very professional and the invoice was easy to access and pay after the pick up. I most definitely recommend them!

We had a very positive experience with Good Riddance Hauling. The crew was friendly, efficient, and professional. The driver's skill in backing a large trailer up our narrow driveway was especially commendable. We have used the service previously and will use it again when needed.
