John was the most professional service provider that I have ever met. Mold was found in my apartment and I had recently had a lung operation so of course I was concerned about not adding toxins to my environment. John took time to explain and assure me he uses a special non-toxic mold abatement substance. He did both the deep cleaning and mold abatement and I was delighted with his professional demeanor, respectful communication and of course succ
essful results! Since then, I have had to contact him with a few accounting questions and he was always warm, patient and receptive.

John is super personable, responsive, and thoroughly explains all of the silly questions from anxious person who knows very little about mold. Not once did I feel like he was condescending, nor that he was trying to upsell me like most many contractors do. He went above and beyond his scope of work - providing detailed product recommendations when prompted, adding on small additional services at no charge because he felt it was the right way to do a thorough job, and even going as far as to investigate a completely unrelated issue in my home weeks after he had completed his services for me. It was truly refreshing to work with someone as honest and good-willed as John! I would highly recommend him to anyone, and hope to refer to his expertise for any future issues that comes up.
