They have great customer service, I was helped by a gentleman named Dakota, I was very impressed with Dakota’s estimate and time of completion.

Excellent service at G&C Auto Body! Dakota managed the process with the repair of my car and was very transparent, communicative, reliable and easy to talk to. A key part of my car was on backorder and Dakota laid out my options clearly and kept me updated once the part came through. My car was repaired within two days' time and it was such an easy process. I had an unfortunate incident where someone hit and ran my car. I was recommended G & C auto body, and I am pleased that they were recommended to me. They contacted me throughout the process, were flexible, transparent, and gave me a realistic timeline. Each question I had about the process was answered, and every person I spoke with on the phone was eager to help and ensure my needs were met. Phil made himself available for my questions, beat their first timeline, and made sure my car got a courtesy wash after. Lauren at the front desk was super friendly, also. This location has my highest recommendations as they exceeded expectations, were friendly, anticipated my needs, etc. You just feel like they understand customer service and getting a job done well here.
