(December 7, 2021, 1:06 pm)I use the branch on Decoto and Fremont Blvd. The staff handles my banking needs with ease. They also care about my safety and well being, especially evident during COVID. I have seen some customer being extremely rude to the staff yet they remain calm and respectful. While I have not needed the specific help of management I have been greeted by the branch manager on several occasions and she’s always been very pleasant. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

I realized that a banker made my experience so bad and I ended up giving 1 star rating. I have visited couple of times after that, am surprised with a pleasant experience. I am happy to upgrade my review to 4 star.
