When you are first time home buyer you definitely expect guidance and expert opinion in your house hunt and motivation, when you are searching houses in bay area. Frances is one of them, When we met her we were not sure about how this bidding process goes in purchasing house, what are the aspects we need to check before we put an offer to a house, right from selecting good neighborhood, understanding the value of house, appraisal reports, inspection reports and what not., Frances used to explain everything for us with patience and guided us if we are choosing wrong property and helped us to choose right one based on our interest.
