(August 7, 2022, 1:07 am)There weren't a lot of people here. but one family ordered quite a bit of food and for some reason, it confused the staff and sent them into disarray. It took between 10-15 minutes to get my burger and fries after I ordered it. That is not really great, but other than that, it was really good. They gave me a ton of fries. the burger was perfectly greasy and had a ton of onions just the way you'd expect when ordering it with onions, fried onions, and bbq sauce.
-1 for the speed and confusion displayed by the staff, especially when it was not very busy. Other than that I definitely recommend coming here over any super big chain fast food place. The price is about the same but you get a much better meal overall. Plus you can put anything you want on it and the menu is simple and they have free peanuts while you wait for your order to be complete!! -

(January 14, 2020, 2:10 pm)I first learnt about Five Guys on Jon Hein's Fast Food Mania and became obsessed with it. My brother had it in NY and confirmed what we watched on the show. As soon as we landed in San Francisco, I knew I had to try it... and I did, one day during the trip back from San Jose.
The burger was succulent, with juices dripping of the patty, perfectly melted cheese, full of flavor and smelled so nice. And at 6$ something, what a treat! Five Guys' burger tastes like those small joint burgers made with care, not some dry tasteless big chain burger. I'm not a fan of the fries, though, but they were crisp, salty and good enough.
