First of all let me start by saying that I've always had dental anxiety and I've had bad experiences with certain dentists in the past but after going to Dr. Diaz and staff today, they have definitely changed my mind and perspective.

The front desk ladies, Alyssa and Jean, are super nice and welcoming and they helped me get an appointment 1 month earlier from the date that they initially had. The clinic is clean and nice.

The star of the show aside from Dr. Diaz is Abby. She is so soft spoken and understanding about my anxiety and she explained everything that was happening and she was truly amazing.

Dr. Diaz has great hands, super gentle and precise. She is very informative and I can tell that she is very knowledgeable and if you want someone that will provide the best dental care for you then definitely come here.

I have a preference for female dentist, so when my dentist moved out of California, I started Google search. I found Dr. Diaz of Family Smile Dental. I like that she has a light and gentle touch. I also like to be well informed about my dental health, etc. and she kept me informed. The clinic is also clean and well kept. The entire dental team are knowledgeable and professionals. I would say, my per visit experience with them and the services rendered are highly satisfactory and I am very thankful for everyone.

I have been a patient of Family Smile Dental for over 10 years and can’t imagine going to any other practice. The front office staff is EXTREMELY patient, kind, and always reaching out in all form of support that works with my always changing schedule, and last minute accommodations, Big shout out to Alyssa for helping through the insurance process when I had a change of work! Dr. Diaz and all the staff are also extremely patient, kind, and extremely professional in ensuring the best health and outcome for my smile and dealing with my unknown anxiety that I have, but their care, soft hands, and patience always make me feel amazing and safe.

Hi everyone. I stumbled on this dental office at the end of the year trying to use up my year allowance. I am SO lucky I found them!!!!! Front office went above and beyond to get me in. I needed referrals and they took care of that as well. The office is immaculate and staff stele your step by step exactly what they do. Huh will never be surprised with work needed or price you will need to pay. I am so grateful they accepted me as a patient. I feel like a celebrity when I’m here….better yet, I feel like family!

Dr. Mary Anne is professional and she always tries to give me the best recommendations to take care of my dental health. Miami Rose, the dental assistant is always cheerful. She talks to all patients like a friend. Similarly, all the other front desk staff has shown me welcoming and friendly vibes.
