Real busy today. Tuesdays and Thursdays are best days to come to this location. If you have taken your test on a monitor at least once, you can request a paper test; otherwise, there is long wait for the monitor. Tests are harder than before...study, study, study.

The process had defined order of service. Staff from the door and through the process were extremely helpful. A manger saw me waiting after everyone had been helped and asked why I was waiting. She immediately got staff to continue my process for renewal. I has a very good experience.

It's a well oiled machine. Packed house when I got there, but the wait was reasonable despite the fact I didn't have an appointment beforehand. The teller was attentive and efficient, the employees overall were active and interacting with all the people inside waiting to be served, and there weren't any issues or dangerous situations that caused harm or concern.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment. I was even able to schedule one the night before I wanted to come in to renew my driver’s license. I checked in at the front desk & I was seen very soon after. I was helped by Aleida in the front and by Miss Cheryl at the window. They provided wonderful service! I was in and out of there very quickly with the renewal paperwork.
