Shannon is an incredibly talented massage therapist, and very reasonably priced. I'm a big guy, tall, a bit overweight, and also muscular, and Shannon handled my lower back pain and computer arms with ease. I'm also energetically sensitive, and I care a lot about who I let into my energy field. Shannon has wonderfully self-contained energy, and I always relaxed into a deep state with her working on me. She's also very open to feedback, and adjusting the massage as we go.
My wife also did one-on-one Pilates sessions with Shannon and found these more helpful for strengthening her core, in order to heal her chronic hip pain, than any of the many other techniques and therapists she has tried over the years.
To be perfectly honest, I hesitated to write a review for Shannon while I lived in town, because she is already booked quite a bit in advance, but now that we've moved out of town, I'm letting the cat out of the bag. Go see Shannon, you will be glad you did.
