European Delights

The owner is the nicest person. I came in with kids few minutes before closing and they were almost all sold out of everything. I told the owner that we will come back another day, so instead of saying please come back she packed us 3 chocolate croissants which she could have sold. It is so awesome to have a small business owner in the community who does stuff like this. She deserves 10 stars just for being so nice, but her baked goods are awesome too.

I read about European Delights in last Sunday's Eats section of the newspaper. Apparently so did many others. Many items we already sold out due to the increased foot traffic. But that just allowed me to try a couple of their delicious pastries that I would not have chosen. I was not disappointed, they were delicious! Cannot wait to try more. In speaking with the owners I got the impression they were not expecting the buzz and are making scheduling changes to produce more. Finally a real European bakery without sugar filled cupcakes and cakes. Hopefully they will add breads and rolls to their lineup of croissants and brioche! Will definitely be going back to support this little business!

Very lovely place. I didn't see any wall outlets, so it may not be the best place to bring a laptop to, but it certainly looks like a good spot to get a coffee and a pastry with a friend! The pastries are very reasonably priced and all of the ones I've tried are delicious.

Went to there for first time yesterday. Wow. What can I say! Rika, the owner has a gem there Everything I tried was fresh and delicious! Blueberry muffins fresh juicy blueberries. Carrot muffin and lemon poppyseed just as delicious. All very light and not sugary sweet. Pastry with ham was delicious along with the spinach and the mushroom turnovers. Fresh apple blueberry turnover super! Her desire to please is appreciated. All can b reheated at home for a few mins. Prices are reasonable. She has coffee and teas. Try her and let her know you saw this review.

Awesome! So happy a real European cafe opened in Walnut Creek! Super friendly staff is very welcoming. Amazing pastries, both savory and sweet. Great clean fresh space to enjoy a good coffee and some delicious pastries! Plenty of options to choose from AND EVERYTHING IS MADE FROM SCRATCH IN HOUSE EVERYDAY, they take zero shortcuts whatsoever WOW!!!!
