Our family had the opportunity to work with Jessica Uppal and Kim Siegel of Enkasa on the sale of our home. Our house was on the market for a week, had 31 offers and sold for 70% over asking. Additionally, they developed a robust and detailed plan to ensure a smooth process, keeping us informed at every step and we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. We were also impressed on how they leveraged past sales data and research to develop a pricing strategy that was very successful.
What we found unique to this team was their ability to recommend and coordinate targeted cosmetic upgrades and staging to elevate the design of the home. This eye for design proved to be an incredible asset as this work increased the appeal to potential buyers and we, as the owners with design backgrounds, were floored by how beautiful our home looked.

I really enjoyed my experience working with enkasa. As a first time homebuyer in the Bay Area, just the thought of entering into the market is daunting. Aside from my agent and the amazing team of contractors and designers, I was most impressed with all the content resources used to educate buyers like myself to find the most success throughout the process. While I am still looking for my dream home, I’ve felt so much better about this process (and the eventual outcome) than it just feeling like a transaction which is the sense I get from other agents/brokerages
