The property is very clean and we feel good about leaving our things here. This is the third time we’ve used this facility over the years. Always convenient.

(February 1, 2023, 2:19 pm)Yesterday I was saddened to discontinue my service at SmartStop self storage only because we have a big enough place to store, and some things we are getting rid of so we no longer need the services, but while we used the services, mind you, for several years, we’ve encountered the best reception with an employee by the name of Lisa.
She was/is very warm, considerate and compassionate. It takes people like her that makes people like me want to come back, should I have a need. -

We went in not knowing what size unit we wanted to get and she asked us questions about what we planned to store and made suggestions from it. She also walked us around to view the different sizes of storage units so we could make the best decision for our stuff, and kept us well-informed throughout with security, hours, rules, and the likes. We are super grateful for your help, Lisa! Thanks so much!
