Excellent tacos with tortilla freshly made at the moment the meat is fresh and cooked to perfection, sopes prepared as in Jalisco, Mexico from the meat you like. Plate of fried fish and grilled shrimp with shell, rice and beans. Excellent service!!!

I was a happy resident for more than 2 years and would have renewed again if I didn’t need to upgrade to a larger space. The leasing office is friendly, responsive, and caring. Service personnel are professional, quick, and skilled. Although it’s somewhat close to the highway, I like the location due to its proximity to Rancho San Antonio and Steven Creek park. It is also 10 minutes away from the Skyline blvd. Lastly, my wife and I enjoyed evening walks along Belleville Way where it’s safe at night and the homes haves beautiful landscaping.

This review is for the leasing experience I received from Daisy. She was exceptional during my apartment hunt and was always on top of it. She periodically checked in with me over a month's period to make sure I was fully informed of new vacancies and current promotions. It was a breath of fresh air compared with other apartment's leasing teams in the area. Feels like pulling teeth trying to get information from other leasing agents but not with Daisy! Daisy was always friendly, optimistic, not pushy and always willing to help. I can tell she truly cares about her job and that if had chosen to live at Brookside Oaks, all my issues as a resident would have been dealt with swiftly without any worries. Unfortunately I choose to stay close to my friends and family since I am still working from home.

I moved from a “luxury” apartment to Brookside Oaks and I vastly prefer Brookside. Modern apartments are nice but I really like the garden community style. Robin and Daisy are awesome! They’re both very nice and accommodating. I love that the reserved parking is close to my apartment and maintenance is fast and courteous! Plus, being close to a small shopping center has been very convenient. And my dog enjoys basking by the large windows and exploring the greenery on his walks.

My rating is 4 stars because there is more noisy renovation going on than expected and there were a few times we didn’t have running water in an 8 month period. Once, the water was out for over 24 hours and the main office gave out food and water. Every other occurrence has been much shorter. There are children around so sometimes I hear them screaming when I am in a meeting, class, taking a test, and doing other important things that require silence. Also, spiders. If you hate them then don’t live creekside. The spiders have been a little annoying and so have the silverfish but it’s nothing crazy. I wish the tree branches were cut farther back from the balconies so that I wouldn’t get as many leaves or spiders on my patio. Overall, I consider these issues to be small.

Overall I’d say it’s a really nice, mostly quiet, convenient, comfortable place to live with a good amount of privacy and the units are spacious.

Daisy, the leasing specialist, is super friendly and did a phenomenal job answering all our questions about the apartments and the community. It’s my gf and I first time apartment hunting so we have a ton of questions about the application process, the lease etc and Daisy was very patient and knowledgeable about all aspects. She is quick to respond to texts and emails and has talked to us on the phone many times to provide clarity throughout the process. It is so refreshing to know that there is someone at the property that cares so much about the community. Thank you Daisy for making the apartment hunting process very easy and stress-free!

Also for anyone reading previous negative reviews about the property management, the community manager has changed. Robyn, the new community manager, has been very friendly and helpful. She has been very accommodating with our request to see extra floor plans, details etc. She is also quick to respond to our calls, texts, and emails, and is extremely organized!

Out of the 20+ places that we visited during our apartment hunt, Brookside Oaks stands out because of their amazing staff!

After a cross country move all I have to say is great things about this apartment complex. The customer service is excellent and all the staff are extremely knowledgble and helpfu. I want to acknowledge how curious, kind and helpful Daisy is! She goes above and beyond. When you first moved in the apartment was clean and freshly painted. We have a large private patio and washer and dryer. The neighborhood is beautiful and the complex is pet friendly! Lots of great places to walk and in a great location with access to many grocery stores and major highways.

Best tacos in the area. Fresh home made tortillas, huge trompo with delicious al pastor, great sauces, great chips, great people working here. Can't ask for anything more. Just great

The most amazing Latin food I have found in the Livermore, Ca. As I walked in the door the place is perfectly clean, I was greeted by one of the most beautiful and a polite lady. She took my order patiently and made sure the Chef understood how I wanted it prepared. While waiting the music takes over you and makes you want to dance.

The Chef was fast in the preparation of the most delectable burrito I have had since my last visit to Mexico. The tortilla is homemade with perfect taste that holds all the flavors together without getting mushy. Only place so far that has the shrimps grilled properly, and the flavorful steak that tastefully blends in with the rest of the ingredients, only to give the most mouthwatering flavor I really enjoyed.

The process of unwrapping the burrito... It gives an awesome fragrant smell that charged me up with excitement. The first bite exploded in my mouth with the most delicate flavors stimulating the tastebuds for more. My tongue was soaked in juices only one’s imagination can comprehend and relate... a burrito fit for a king 👑.

Unbelievably good. I got the supreme nachos and it was so filling and delicious. This was a random stop after spending the day outlet shopping and there were no regrets! It was a great find!
