I have had nothing short of exemplary service from JumpstartMD at their Piedmont location. I began my weight loss journey hesitant and skeptical wondering if this would work for me. I have completed 5 weeks of the program and am now down 15 pounds. The staff is kind, caring, professional and go above and beyond to be a support in any way possible. I am never rushed or made to feel that I am just a number. In closing I will say that not only am I gaining better health and physically looking better but I have gained a lot of new friends. The injections that are offer are excellent, it’s am expensive program, but I have paid just as much being on food programs like Jenny Craig. It’s a lot up front. However, I believe in what they do. I also like that my health is being monitored e.g. lab work, and blood pressure. The hours are not very flexible, but since I am local I can manage it. I am glad I finally did it.

This is my second JumpstartMD endeavor. The wonderful group at the Piedmont Jumpstart have been extremely motivating! The plan and the way they communicate what you need to know has vastly improved from my first JumpstartMD experience.

I think this is the best program out there right now. At least for people willing and able to supplement the diet with their appetite suppressant. It is fact based. The quickest most effective way to lose weight is to severely restrict carbohydrates. The toughest thing is to control your hunger and cravings when withdrawing from a diet that was high in carbs. That is where the suppressant comes in. Eventually it is not that important, at first for me it was critical. They monitor bp, do a starting blood panel, keep good stats during. Then there is the accountability - weekly follow-up and boy do I get cranky when I'm spending my money and I didn't lose weight. I'm at 30+ lbs weight loss and 10 more to go. No weight loss is easy - period- but this one works for me. Own it. Do it.
