I’m not just exaggerating her helpfulness because she’s cute either, that fact is what has prompted me to take the time to write this review, however I am singing her praises because she deserves to be recognized and appreciated for her ability to solve customer service related issues in real time and with ease. It was awesome to have such a positive and more importantly productive customer experience at any time, but especially during this pandemic which has exacerbated and too a certain extent justified terrible employee"s terrible behaviors.....but I digress.
