Dr.Lee and her staff were so nice and professional

Dr Lee is very professional and friendly. She was also patient with my little kid and in explaining everything and answering my questions. The front desk ladies are nice and friendly too. I am very satisfied with my first visit and would like to introduce them to my other family members and friends!

I'd like to thank you for working with me on my prescription and new glasses. Originally, when I came into your office, I had a slight bad taste in my mouth from another optometry that under-prescribed me. I felt like I had wasted money for 3 years in a row, getting glasses that provided marginal vision improvement. While I admit that the experience helped steer me in the right direction, I feel that coming to you was the right call for me. Not only did you allow me to voice my concerns about my previous prescription, you listened to my requests, and worked with me to get what I wanted out of a pair of glasses. I originally ordered a pair of sunglasses though you, and they were so good, I decided to get 2 more pairs (sunglasses + reading)! Luckily, this all happened around the time my insurance reset my benefits, so it helped immensely with the cost.

It’s really a nice place. The staff were friendly and kindhearted. I did my eye exam here and Dr. Tian is really awesome. She is very very patient, nice and trustworthy. I was a little worried and nervous at first because I don’t know a lot terminology words about the eye exam, but she actually explained it very nicely and vivid through the way I can understand. She always listens to my thoughts, feelings or any concerns carefully and then she would give her opinions and advices. She helped me find the most comfortable contact lenses for my eyes after several trials. I feel myself very lucky to meet such a good doctor here. I would love to arrange my annual eye exam here and thanks for all the help from the vision center here.
