(May 30, 2022, 12:44 pm)He took out most of the stains with a noticeable difference but there were still a little over a dozen spots that were still present so I had to work on them myself with a spot cleaner which was my only disappointment considering pricing was in the middle when compared to competitors but for the most part the service was punctual, friendly, extremely professional, and flexible with scheduling.

I've had bad experiences with carpet cleaning services where my rugs are not thoroughly cleaned and are left pretty wet and it takes a long time to dry up. EA was the complete opposite! They're professional, arrived on time and took good care of my carpets, rugs and couches. I saw a noticeable difference on the quality of the cleaning and to my surprise, everything was almost dry by the time they were finished. I appreciate small businesses taking pride in their work and EA Carpet and Home Cleaning is definitely living by those standards. They'll be my go to cleaning company for future services.
