    She was lovely & helpful, as are all of the store representatives~ The security guard was professional & amiable, (which was not my experience on 2 other visits). Thanks for providing excellent service to our community!!💚

    I hit up a ton of dispensaries mostly in the Richmond, Oakland, and SF areas, and majority of dispensaries carry the same products, so what I look for is great customer service… and that’s what I got from Embarc in Martinez. The folks at the front desk were welcoming and while I was shopping, a worker named Jacob helped me out with choosing the right items based on my interests and needs. He was SUPER friendly and made my experience pleasant. Thank you!

    Super friendly, staff. Marieanne said HI as I came in. She remembered me from a previous visit and quickly helped me find a similar product. I love this place. A good variety and great experience. 👍

    Checked menu ahead of time and they had the strain I was looking for Red Bullz. I was greeted warmly by security at the front door and instructed where to go. The Budtender at the counter was very helpful and friendly. I let him know I called ahead and he was able to ring me up for the product in no time. Very nice interior. It was kind of dark already so didn't get to see the outside. Highly recommend!!

    Edit: to answer the owners question; I was talking about Jay but the whole staff is awesome and friendly.
