The way they served the beverages was awesome. There is nothing to be complained about. The place was clean every time I visited the place. The staff were awesome and cool. The only downside was donuts being at room temperature. It would be nice if they had a heater to keep the donuts warm and soft.

This Dunkin' donuts has gotten a lot better. The service used to be really slow, but I think that was because of the pandemic and staffing shortages. Today I got the avocado bacon sandwich and it was quite good, delivered pretty quickly and overall it was a good experience. Unfortunately, they were out of chocolate donuts, which I love and it was only 11:00 a.m. so that's a bummer.

Good location with fast service. They have both a convenient walk-in pickup cubby plus the option for curbside. Limited inside & outside seating available.

As an East Coaster it's really nice to have a Dunkin' here! The location is really nice and has a great vibe. Upbeat employees but still clearly learning the ropes.

I got the Nitro cold brew, which was great and served from a tap. I also had the Bacon avocado toast - which was okay but not the best. The avocado tasted processed, overly lemon-y, probably wouldn't recommend.

The donuts are as good as always - if you are a fan you won't be disappointed.

Definitely worth a stop for the fun mural and San Jose love alone.
