Dr. Rengsdorf is an excellent gastroenterologist with a good bedside manner. I’d strongly recommend him.
Dr. Rengstorff was very professional when he did my colonoscopy. I was very scared and worried. The process wasn't as bad as everyone describes. Just follow instructions and know what to expect and plan accordingly. No drama necessary! Also, I was not fully asleep, as per my request, during the procedure. I worried less because I was awake. I found it to be interesting and informative. Just make sure someone drives you home... it is still necessary to get some help. For what it was, I was kept comfortable. Date of service, spring 2015. A review was long overdue. As for those who worry about office management, just be courteous and speak up. No time like the present to politely express your view and resolve it in the moment. Clear the air. It works. Everyone has that nutty day. Make it work.
Very thorough, thoughtful, and caring. He listened to all my concerns and took his time taking notes on and understanding my symptoms. His front office staff is extremely competent and helpful. It's also easy to get an appointment with Dr. Rengstorff as he conveniently works in Mountain View and Redwood City. Highly recommend.
