I started going to Advanced Health and Wellness to begin working on my food sensitivities and adding holistic approaches to my daily routine. Now that we have identified the causes for my gut discomfort, my overall physical and mental health is better than ever. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to get to the root of their health issues instead of masking them!

I feel better with the diet & supplements prescribed by Dr Tracy as opposed to the prescription meds prescribed by others...with better results, too!
