I love Sterling Heights! The staff is excellent and always ready to help or fix our needs.

I've been a resident for two years now. I love this place the staff is super friendly and professional. Very helpful and make me feel welcome. The amenity they offer are top notch love my full size washer and Dryer inside my apt. It's a pet friendly community which I love and Mary always has treats in the office for my pet. As far as apartments in benicia Sterling Heights is the best all the way around. 10 out of 10 highly recommend for your housing needs.

My impression of the property upon first setting foot on it was that it is well kept and gives an air of a community that would be a lovely place to live! The buildings are maintained and there is no sight of trash overflow or abandoned cars parked. The manager is professional, friendly, knows her residents and is well versed in the business. Living at Sterling is a place that would certainly be accurate in calling home.

I have been here in Sterling Heights for almost a year, and my daughters and I love it. We use the gym, and now the weather is getting better we will be using the pool a lot too. We sold a home and are now looking to buy, and this has been a wonderful spot for us in the meantime.

Anytime I have needed a repair or some help with something, it happens very quickly. Dan is quick to respond to any and all requests big and small.

Mary in the office/lobby is always smiling, and makes us feel comfortable and welcome, and she can answer all the questions we had about logging into the portal, using any of the facilities and all the other things that come with living at Sterling Heights.

I would definitely recommend Sterling Heights if you are looking to stay in beautiful Benicia!
