I loved working with Derrick and felt confident having him by my side as a first time home-buyer. I recently bought a 2BR/2BA condo. He was able to appreciate the objective value of the condos I was checking and understand which properties I would be interested in.

He was very detailed oriented when checking out units with me and I could tell how experienced he is by noticing aspects of a property I had not thought about as first time home-buyer. He is detailed not only on the aspects of the properties but also in terms of the whole buying process, understanding what is important for the other side as well. He went through with me the entire buying timeline as well so I never had to stress about the next steps.

He is also a very warm person and very quick to respond, an aspect that is important in Bay Area's market. If I decide to buy a property (or sell!) I would definitely work with Derrick again.

Derrick is an amazing realtor. He is with you the whole process and walks through all the documents with you. It was my husband and my first experience purchasing a house and Derrick was an amazing guide from start to finish.

He started by showing us houses. I appreciated that he was knowledgable but never swayed us into a direction. He was focused on finding the house that was perfect for our family. When we asked questions he offered his opinion and advice which we greatly appreciated. He knew the area and was very organized.

Derrick walked us through the disclosures and documents. We knew exactly what we were signing the whole time. He even scheduled time with us to go page by page through all the reports.

During the closing process Derrick kept us informed about everything and kept everyone on schedule. He caught mistakes and was very detail oriented. I am so happy we found derrick to assist us in the home buying process. He is really the best!
